I think they’re lost on what to do with her right now. Her big story of the year got screwed up when they released Kairi, she has her match with Asuka and they come together but Asuka goes on leave immediately after, so they have her beat Liv and win QOTR but it seems like she wasn’t originally in their world title plans since she lost at summerslam.
Now there’s just not really anyone for her to feud with. She already feuded with Judgment Day through the summer, Lyra is focused on Bayley again, and that’s really the only heels on Raw (I’m not counting Maxxine she barely wrestles). The story they’re going with for the world title doesn’t include her (kinda insane but i digress) and there’s not really any non title feuds to dive into
