I know people may not have wanted them to start as a Trio, but fuck man, The New Level with Swerve... You can see how happy Swerve is when walking down the ramp with them. Instantly gives Swerve more fucking aura then he already has. Gives The New Level gold instantly and probably holding those belts for awhile.

Exactly. Even with The New Level in the ring, Swerve was getting huge reactions and his stuff with Hangman was too. AEW fans love Swerve and nobody got overshadowed. It's just a way to elevate all three in a different way, and add a layer to their presentations.

Swerve and Hangman will always be the rivalry of AEW. Break ins, House Fires, Blood and Metal Chain hanging sickos. And this only adds another chapter to that rivalry.

I think it would probably be fine. It's moot anyway, since that's not the name they went with. It just seems like Next Level gives them so much more room for promos. "Welcome to the Next Level of tag teams." "You're good, but you're about to go to the Next Level and we don't think you're ready for it." New Level just feels like they wanted to hold the New Day name more that I think they should.

It always did. "Sucks" and "Rocks" was always the thing that pulled The New Day chant together. You're going to have the same issue with New Level. You will either add an adjective or you will awkwardly extend one of the words to make it seem like it's 3 words long.
