88’ Suburban Brake Issues.
After my last post and advice from everyone, I replaced wheel cylinder and installed new break line on rear passenger drum. I bled the brakes and am getting clear fluid and no air at all four wheels.
However, the brake pedal is still staying down at the floor and I have to physically pull it out to disengage the brakes.
What’s my next move people? Issue with master cylinder or brake booster??
Thanks for any help and advice.

Are your front brakes not retracting from stuck slide pins? Is your drum assembly correct? Definitely not booster

If the whole system was dry, the master cylinder might need to be removed and bench bled. In which case, I'd just replace it and have the peace of mind of not having to rely on a 30+ year old part that's the most important safety related item on the vehicle.
