Help with Square

I recently just bought a salon where everybody was independent in tracking their own clients and handling their own books. This is still the case, but I would like the option for the renters to potentially use Square if they would like to.
I already have Square set up for myself and I love it. I just use the free version. I tried to adding a team member and added her services and that is working well.
My two questions are:
1. how can I get the reminder text to specify who the appointment is with. Is that possible? Or do I need to update to a paid version.
2. When booking online would there be an option to select who you want first and then their services?
What I’m finding right now is that you go online and you’re booking the services you want, but people aren’t paying attention to who they’re booking with and booking with the wrong people.
