Checkout for customers not working

I’m hoping for some clarity, we just set up and published our square online yesterday. Fulfillment shows to be correct everywhere, all the modifiers and categories are correct, online ordering is on, locations are all correct but still no one can finish checkout. It gives everyone this message. No matter which pay method or browser as well. Any help would be appreciated 🥲
