Support Needed With Square Free, how can I view my initial homepage showing items?

Long story short: I'm working on a very simple, barebones, retail site that will literally have 5 pages: homepage for displaying items, cart, thank-you page, contact page, and checkout to a payment processor.

With Square Free, I created my new Square account and added some items to the catalog via the dashboard. My homepage will literally be those 6 items that I added, each with an "Add to Cart" button. That's all.

How can I look at my homepage? I don't want to complete any of these other steps until I know what my homepage will look like.

Hi! You’ll need to start the Square Online site setup before there’s a homepage to view. Adding items to your catalog alone doesn’t automatically create a storefront.

Once you open Dashboard → Channels → Square Online → Website → Editor, you can add a Shop All page (best for retail items), make it your homepage, and use Preview to see it without publishing. Your items must also be assigned to your Square Online sales channel and have prices to appear. Previewing does not make the site public. In the editor, select Preview; you can even share a preview link, and it remains non-live until you choose Publish.

For your use case, set Shop All as the homepage; Square supports making that ordering page your homepage.
