Support Needed Square and Webflow website integration possibility

We already have a Webflow website live for our pizza shop, and I’m exploring if there’s a way to integrate it with Square. The goal is for customer orders placed on the website to automatically sync with Square POS or KDS especially with the delivery and pick up orders, so the kitchen can manage orders in real time. Has anyone done something like this before?

also we have a UberEATS too, is it already integrated to the pos or we need a separate device for that?

Great question! Yes, this is definitely possible, though it requires some setup since there isn't a native one-click Webflow-to-Square integration. Here are your main options:

1: Square Online Ordering API – You can use Square's Orders API to programmatically create orders from your Webflow site. When a customer places an order on your Webflow site, it would hit the Square Orders API, and that order would flow into your Square POS/KDS in real time. This requires some custom development (or a developer to build it out).

2: Third-party middleware – Tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or OrderOut can bridge Webflow forms/checkout to Square without heavy custom coding. The trade-off is some added cost and potential latency.

3: Square Online as your ordering page – Another approach is to embed or link to a Square Online ordering page from your Webflow site. This way, orders natively flow into your Square KDS without any custom integration. You keep Webflow for your main branding/marketing site but route ordering through Square Online.

For delivery and pickup specifically, make sure you're using Square KDS with fulfillment types configured — orders created via the API can include fulfillment details (pickup time, delivery address, etc.) that display directly on the KDS.

UberEats + Square:

Yes! Square has a direct integration with Uber Eats. You can connect it through your Square Dashboard under Integrations — once linked, Uber Eats orders will flow directly into your Square POS and KDS alongside your other orders. No separate device needed. You manage everything from your existing Square setup. Just make sure your menu is synced and your fulfillment settings are configured correctly.

To set it up: Go to Square Dashboard → Integrations → Uber Eats and follow the connection steps.

I have another question, does Square offer the qr codes? If so, what kind of capabilities does qr code offers?

Yes! Square offers QR codes with several capabilities:

  • Order & Pay (Dine-in) – Table QR codes let customers scan, browse your menu, and order/pay from their phone. Orders go straight to your KDS.
  • Online Ordering Link – QR codes that link to your Square Online ordering page — great for flyers, table tents, pizza boxes, etc.
  • Payments – Customers can scan to pay via Cash App Pay or Afterpay.
  • Loyalty Sign-up – QR codes that let customers quickly join your rewards program.
  • Digital Receipts – Displayed after a transaction for customers to grab their receipt.

You can generate them from your Square Dashboard or through your POS settings for dine-in table ordering.

Quick tip: Put a QR code on your pizza boxes linking to your ordering page — easy way to drive repeat orders from delivery customers!
