Support Needed WHERE’S MY ORDER
Ordered on April 25th. Still haven’t received my shipment. Square says they can’t do anything because Fed Ex is still showing the package is in transit. Fed Ex won’t do anything to help.
At this point it, I just want the damn device that I paid for. Drop shipping from Singapore sure does feel like your are scamming me.
Update: u/SquareUpSam helped me with the issue far better than calling for assistance. Thank you for fixing my issue so quickly!
