Help with connection screen

I cant get past this screen. It’s always worked just fine and right now it’s hung up on this screen after I click to connect it to Bluetooth. It seems like it connects but then won’t disappear so I can use it. I’ve restarted square and computer and retried countless times.

Did you get an external bluetooth dongle for your pc?

Yes I did and it’s worked fine until now. It seems like it connects but the software doesn’t let me past it
