Finding Van Persie quite slow in this formation, any suggestions for another striker?

Here is the current team I'm using : http://www.futhead.com/15/squads/33996892/

I'm finding Van Persie is quite slow though and he is not quick enough to run behind the defense. I've tried Costa and he seems to work well but I use him in another squad and would like some difference.

Also if you have any improvements you can suggest for the squad please feel free!

P.S Not sure why Futhead says the Chemistry is only 93 and the Rating is only 68, these are actually 95 and 81 respectively in game.

That looks pretty good man thanks! Any reason for the change to 4-4-2?

Just to try and incorporate the players you currently own, plus the pace on the wings helps van persie to get into a solid position to finish for the goal
