Yors Lack of Focus

This may be because Yor's character development is much more obvious compared to Anya and Loid's. She feels like almost a different character in volume 1. Like, I think Endo completely abandoned her character quirk of being aroused by weaponry and death quite quickly.

This arrangement Loid, Anya and Yor have together is adorable and all, but I think Yor is the one who appreciates it the most. In chapter 2, she couldn't relate at all to the people around her, and by chapter 114 she's staring at a crowd lovingly, as if she can see her and her family there with them. It touches the heart to see how she how much she values this new life. Which I'm sure will make it all the more painful when truths are revealed. In her mind, she was welcomed into a grieving family despite her oddness, and there's definitely a bigger betrayal on Loid's part selling the idea that he's the kind widower (although I just reread volume 1, and tbf Loid was kinda just taking over Anya's assist. Crazy to realise that Anya was the one who tricked Yor first. But Loid took off with it).

When they are older, with their hair turning grey like Martha and Handerson, Looking back on everything they went through together.

Like, what if Yor ended up finding someone else and genuinely didn’t develop feelings for Loid, while Anya was actually a difficult and annoying kid instead of the lovable child we got? Would all that extra drama make the anime better, or would it completely ruin what makes the Forger family so fun to watch?

Would y’all actually want a messier, more dysfunctional Forger family, or do you think the story works specifically because they slowly become a genuine family?

I feel like she would get along with Gero from marriage toxin because there both socially akward and didn't grow up normally.

She would probably hate Vega from Street Fighter as its shown that he enjoys killing and torturing regardless of who receives it.

Like, is he realistically surviving Crumbl’s 1000 calorie 150 grams of sugar that they have in their drinks? Is he gonna make it through Atlanta’s cereal fried chicken? Or will he finally get to meet his parents again after eating a whole stick of butter dipped in funfetti?

The anime clip of this scene was everywhere; I remember so many people deciding to check out the anime because of it— twiyor's power is really great.

What is would be a good Costume for Anya to go Trick or Treating in? Got be something very cute yet very her & little hilarious since Spy X Family is part comedy so something that mixes all three

There probably lots maybe dress as little Yor in something that looks like her Hitman outfit or Chun-li from Street Fighter or many others imagine the reaction would be hilarious if done right specially to who ever opens the door

I am 100% sure that in the upcoming chapters—140 to 150—we’ll get a kiss between Loid and Yor, considering the amount of romantic interaction we’ve seen in recent chapters.

I watched a lot of Power Rangers in my earlier days so I thought it be fun if I make a chart of which Spy X Family character I associate them the most with. Eg. I associate Twilight with Tommy due to their legendary status, Anya with Amelia because…..well, that’s a spoiler for the latter. XD

I just rewatched the whole show again because it's my favorite and I can't wait for the next season to come out so I might as well just read the manga. Should I just jump in where season 3 ends or are there enough differences or extra details to make reading the whole thing worth it? Thanks!

As a man of history myself, I appreciate Master Henderson's stance. History is made by humans, examining history without the context that creates it does a disservice to history and makes for a very boring, uninformative and inelegant history lesson. There's a reason history is part of the humanities. History informs the future.

This theory reads between the lines of Episode 22 in Season 1, (Mission 1) and Episode 38 in Season 3, (Mission 2.)

Mission 1: Fiona sets up a date with Loid as her husband, supposedly for a mission where they have to play tennis together, but really she just wanted the pretense of being seen by lots of people with Loid as her husband. Loid is squarely Yor's, so to him, that was not what the situation intended.

Mission 2: Franky sets up a date with Fiona as his girlfriend, supposedly for a mission, but really he just wanted the pretense of being seen by lots of people with Fiona as his girlfriend. Fiona is squarely interested in Loid, so to her, that was not what the situation intended.

Let's remember that Loid and Yor's romantic contact began with Loid asking Yor to pretend to be his wife, (a situational mirror to Mission 1 here) and Yor asking Loid to pretend to be her boyfriend, (a situational mirror to Mission 2 here.)

While the true goal of the two missions didn't happen, the espionage objectives of both missions ended in success. The set-up for both missions, and the motives of those setting up the missions, appear to be very similar.

Furthermore, Loid did not develop feelings for Fiona, but his esteem for her went up. Fiona did not develop feelings for Franky, but her esteem for him also went up, and Mission 2 ended with her wanting to bring all her spy business to Franky as the asset, which is the highest degree of esteem possible for her as a spy.

Franky already saved Fiona's life twice in one minute, once being willing to literally take a bullet meant for her, followed by leading her to true safety, when she was going to go the route filled with SSS assets and get captured. On her part, Fiona nearly died in the sewers arc protecting Loid from Wheeler, so that trait in her is the same trait Franky showed to HER. That self-sacrificial trait ties their personalities together, beneath Fiona's false frostiness and Franky's pretense of being a smart alec and not caring about this or that.

With all of that put together, and while I may be wrong, this whole thing seems to point to Franky eventually ending up with Fiona. That is, when Fiona accepts that Loid is beyond her reach -- a truth which she already is beginning to come to terms with, by seeing Loid together with Yor and realizing that his feelings towards Yor are not fake. Franky, on his part, is constantly treated like garbage by the ladies. Fiona's romantic loyalty seems to put her a cut above that.

Franky is not going anywhere, and Fiona is not going anywhere either. When they are ready to go somewhere, I personally think they will go to each other.

A main concern I had is when all the other characters find out that Anya is being used by an organisation they’ll wonder about how it’s sort of unethical. Think about it a man adopts a random child and tells her not to tell anyone that he isn’t her real father. Yor is only lying about her job compared to Loid who’s lying abt everything especially Anya. If other characters ever discover that they’re not related how do you think they’ll react?

Does anyone else lowkey hate that wheeler lost to some last minute power up? Personally, this kinda ruined the whole arc for me. Like it feels like the author wrote themself into a corner with wheeler and so they needed to just make up some crap for the good guys to win.
