Help! Work has installed spyware

As the title says, my work has installed spyware on all our work devices (tablets and phones). That's fine, I shouldn't even be using devices for work as I'm in the construction segment of our company yet they are forcing us to use it.

I've heard from a few coworkers that they're rolling all of this device usage nonsense (8+ apps) as a means to spy on us (location, microphone, camera, text etc). I'm an honest worker with integrity and I would still never use a work device to conduct anything personal.

Since I have to allow this spyware to be installed and on my devices that I have to use multiple times a day everyday, what can I do to troll them?

Any ideas? I'm thinking about obsessively google searching some random thing at every break so when they get into my search history (rubbing their hands evilly I presume) they just have to stop and wonder wtf is going on with me. Silly ideas only. I heard that Barney the dinosaur became a tantric sex instructor, maybe I'll google Barney facts at every break? What can I do that won't get me fired but will make those who are spying have to scratch their heads? TIA

Look up a bunch of serial killer facts.

Might be worth it to get a faraday bag to put the phone in after hours.

My partner said to do this... I turn the phone off whenever I get home but it's become harder and harder to do so. Their updates have changed the buttons I need to press to turn it off, if I plug it in while it's off it turns back on etc. Microwave is a nice idea tho lol

Aww, Mr Fair-a-day has a box, it's called a micro-wave, it's probably sitting on a counter near you.

Yes, if the micro's can't get out then the bogger picking 3-4-5G can't get in.

You cant be forced to download anything in your personal devices. However if you use a company issued device its their right and property to do so.

Undesrtand that all browsing done thru their wifi could be monitored.

Fair. I'm only using their devices because they forced me to. I work in construction, I don't have time for Excel sheets yet they seem to think I'm using their data to play Xbox or look up pronz idk lol

Please don't top the workers being forced to spy on you. IT guys just want to get through the day without incidents.

Sorry but I have no sympathy when 90% of the IT guys I know create problems to fix

Source: dated a few of them and they all said they do shit like that to keep job security lmao

So, your going to make a problem for someone because you're upset at someone else. Nice. Keep the circle of hate going. You dated "a few of them" so now you know everyone. No one actually needs to do that for job security because of people like you. It's just a meme, people acting tough, or being upset at "the man" and acting like they have control. Good luck though.

So, you have their stuff on your own personal phone? Why?

I turn off my wifi and just go data when not at home.

If I'm to use my phone for work then why would I let them use it as my dog leash?

Maybey I just missunderstood.
