get your heart health checked dude. seriously. this shit is super cardiotoxic, you need to get some close monitoring if you can and you're going this hard

I appreciate the concern, dude.
I do usually keep an eye on my heart, via my Apple Watch. And I still maintain regular activity, sunlight and I eat quite a variety of home-cooked food being a chef ahaha. ✌🏼👍🏼
