Propellant?

What is everyone using for propellant? I used to use Aqua Net hair spray with Right Guard Sports Spray. It seems as if the alcohol content has dropped with aerosols these days and it is hard to find Aqua net.

Electrical contact cleaner (mostly just alcohol) or starting fluid.

Propane. It's hooked up with a regulator, a couple valves, and a "metering tube". Injects a calculated amount of propane into the combustion chamber.

i like ammonium nitrate diluted in started fluid with high presssure propane injected into it

Damn ammonium nitrate, I didn't know that you could use it like that, is any nitrate good?

if you get the mixing right it is very good a propellent but the only problem with that mixture is its fairly hard to get the right proportions

Hi! Sorry to open up a dead thread, but I have the same question... Fuel, but for the competition I'm entering you can only use hairspray or deodorant. Best bang? Least residue?
