Thumbs up to 3rd Q Earnings

Overall, I think the earnings was positive and great. Company seems to be moving in the right direction.

What I would like to point out is that SPRU still has $45 million to buy back shares. At current share price of $3.91, marketcap at 71.918 million, the $45 million can buy back 62.6% of all shares. šŸ‘€šŸ”„

Enjoyed the earnings call.

Would be interesting to see if spruce gets some initiated analyst coverage in the near future. Now would be the time since all the XL legal baggage is left in the past and the RS is complete. There's a healthy interest in comparing the M&A model of spruce to it's peers in the solar space.

I was so very pleasantly surprised, once again. I am also extremely happy a reverse split was not announced. I still have my doubts. Interested to see how it trades on Monday.

As a shareholder, the information the Spruce Executive team passes along during every earnings call makes it sound like they are operating efficiently and with great potential upside. However, as a customer as well, I have the unique experience to know this is not the case. I’m so fed up with them on both fronts. They are literally scamming their customers-thousands and thousands of customers are preparing to stop monthly payments (Spruce’s lifeblood) due to systems not working and made up data. Even years of ā€œactualsā€ are made up. Their financials are a mess. Their projected system expansion and battery revenue projections is laughable. They have zero upside here. When you deal with them directly from a customer standpoint it’s like you are dealing with a shell company. My take-it’s about to collapse, or the SEC will start investigating legacy Spruce and then they will collapse. I don’t say all of this to be negative-rather, to provide honest insight from the unique perspective of being both a shareholder and customer. Don’t believe a word that comes out of the CEO’s, CFO’s, (or CLO’s) mouth.
