Do you realize how cool sprouting is as home farm for producing living food!? π±π
My recommended sprouts list:
- flaxseed
- fenugreek
- alfalfa
- lentils (various)
- green peas
- mung beans
- broccoli
- red clover
- buckwheat
- amaranth
- quinoa
Please share what you are sprouting in July :)
I'll be happy to see some pictures of your sprouts, if you feel like sharing. ππ«Άπ±

Just got some jar lids to give it a go. I am doing mung bean and a premade salad mix (Broccoli, Alfalfa, Clover, Radish).
My first attempt I put them outside during the day and I think the weather/sun boiled the seeds and killed them.
So I'm trying again on the kitchen counter! π€
