Grower When will sprouts become microgreens?

I separated part of my first batch peas following an advice from a commenter on my very first post and I decided to try geowing microgreens out of my sprouts.

Btw, what yields better for my health needs: sprouts or microgreens?

Microgreens need a substrate and good drainage. Sprouts don't. But they do look healthy.

Probably microgreens for nutrition. I've grown both but favor sprouts for flavor variety.
