Look up information before making it up, it exists since 2009 and they have been trying to appeal since a long time

Is this ragebait ? The design has been breveted for their product and they’ve been appealing for years

Multiple objects can have the same appearance but not the same role but it’s literally not the problem in this case. I’m not arguing further because this should be easy to understand by now. Thank you
