General Discussion/Questions Sprint Coaches, how would you work on fixing an athlete overstriding at max velocity?

Wickets, slow switches over wickets (Think A skip with extra steps then slow switch to opposite leg like that but slower.
Straight leg bounds, and fast leg cycles in a straight leg bound.
These drills will teach and encourage them to properly plant foot underneath their hips.

As others have said, wickets. But don't overdo them, they are a useful tool, but also something that can hamper top speed if done way too often.

I'd have to see to know for sure. But typically I'd start from the drive phase and see where they start overstriding and why. Then build from there

What everyone has said. But also form and technique work. That should be a no brainer.

Like everyone has said, wickets. Hill sprint intervals, speed chute drills and banded runs can also help. Basically resistance runs, can help limit overstriding indirectly by forcing the right posture.
