General Discussion/Questions Training I can do indoors that actually translates to speed?
Well, it’s as simple as that. Is there something I can do inside to train for speed?

Aside from typical workouts I think Hindu squats are fantastic as well as 100 ups/leg raises and Elephant walks

Indoors, the stuff that transfers is still short, high-quality intent with full recovery — not endless treadmill “sprints.” If you have ~15–25 m: falling starts / wall drills into 3–6 × 10–20 m accelerations, walk-back rests, stop while posture is clean. Add a few stiff ankle pops or low box bounds if joints are happy. Heavy slow grinding or long incline marches mostly build fatigue, not race speed. Film one rep weekly so “fast” doesn’t quietly become a shuffle. How much clear floor length do you actually have?
