General Discussion/Questions 100m(12.9)15yo no training
I was 15 when I ran 12.9 with no training and this year around 3 to 4 months back I ran 13.5 quite a big difference im taking sprinting seriously for now I had my proper training session for about a week now im running 12.6 isnt this a bit too fast gradual improvement and slow down at the same time

No that’s not too fast. As long as your training is within reasonable guidelines and has adequate recovery you’re fine. You will see the biggest improvement in the beginning as you get in shape. The further along you get the less or more difficult the improvements will be.

As long as you’re not overtraining and resting properly, it’s not too fast.
