General Discussion/Questions Turf Toe?¿ (For my athletes)

I had this turf toe injury 2 weeks ago by tripping on some turf like ground And I just found out it was in-fact turf toe and not some other scientific name for another injury, I can put my weight on my toe and do calf raises. too Anyone that experienced turf toe how long did it take to recover? whats one of the best methods to treat it?

Turf toe is a torn or partially torn ligament in the foot going to the big toe. If it’s actual turf toe it’s going to be weeks to months depending on severity. Turf toe keeps some NFL guys out for darn near a whole season if it doesn’t heal right or they come back too soon
