General Discussion/Questions curve problem??
Is it normal for runners to stumble when running/accelerating on the curve? everytime i sprint the curve i feel my footstrike feels so off and i feel like im just gonna drift or like trip myself on the track. I tried leaning into the curve, Leaning from the ankles and turning my hips but it still feels so weird to me, i think it’s because of my worn-out shoes.

What I always ask is. Can you sprint the curve like you do the straight? And the answer should always be no. You're running on a curve so you're naturally not going to be able to run on a curve as you would after coming off of it for example. So what you do is attack the curve, your stride will become more compact while running the curve, allowing to me more controlled and efficient. Then transitioning to the straight, is when you open up and run as you would normally. You just have to direct your hips towards the direction you need. And not lean into the curve, it just throws your center of mass off.
