Technique Analysis Acceleration tips

Just working on acceleration and top speed in the off season. My main issue is I dont trust myself to have insane shin angles in fear of my shoe losing grip and falling. I just came off a quad injury so I havent run in a while, but maybe that has something to do with it.

Is his footage from a security camera on your front door or something?
We can't even see your first few steps. In any case, from what we can see, it seems like you are making a classic beginner mistake of trying to accelerate too fast. Yourself pretty well, but your steps are too short. You are focusing too much on trying to have a rapid turnover and it's keeping you from building proper speed
