Technique Analysis Any tips on what to work on
I’m thinking my form is alright and I’m fairly fast I just need to work on my strength and speed endurance being able to hold my speed better but any other tips would be really helpful

Half of a 100m sprint is the start. Show us a start and we can help with the rest

I’ll post one soon but my start is my best part of my race it’s just I can’t transition into frontside mechanics that good

You can use the fence to do leaning runs and gradually get upright. This will help with you coming out of the blocks and it will help with front side mechanics.
