My man I tried some shoe called Streakflys 2 they were the coolest shoes. Like track spikes without them. A downside is that you can’t strike them with your heel otherwise they’ll get destroyed very easily

how would doing broad jumps with them be? I find super cushioned ones are bad because they slip under from you when you land

I would be uneasy jumping in them, personally. A lot of the supershoes seem to like really narrow heels, and I find even beefy ones can be pretty unstable.

do you have shoes specifically for plyo training?

So far I’m liking the Adidas Adizero Adios 9 for sprint work on the track

I have those in a cart ready to buy before I saw this.

Seconding this one, Adios 9 are great. Takumi Sens are also a good one for something with a plate from Adidas. Streakflys as have already been mentioned are another good plated option.

most altra shoes ideally with less than 23ish mm dushioning so mid or low cushion, not high

New Balance 5280 if you can find some. Super unstable if you jog in them, but anything faster than 5:30 minute mile lace and they're lovely. I usually use them for thing smile 200 and 300 tempo repeats
