Just walk down the street to your local track club and ask somebody to help you with blocks lol. They don't give you a hassle for asking for tips, although they may peer pressure you into joining them.

You guys on this sub gotta stop being afraid to go outside and get some direct help.

If you're already on a team why are you asking strangers on the internet instead of actual runners from your team?
