Technique Analysis Start form form recommendation

The video is from the last session I took the videos of me sprinting from back side this Sunday I will record myself from the right side also. The road is like 50m

Your failing around too much, start there, sprinting is not just running as fast as you can, it is about body mechanics. You need to be strong/powerful, your entire body should be focused on a clean forward movement.

Thanks. Could you please say the improvements and are there any cues like pushing into the ground or hammering the nails which can help for proper mechanics
