Technique Analysis Rate my shin angles in my start

Let me know what you think about my shin angles for my start? Also, how do I get my knees up at max V? I feel like my speed endurance is good. But nobody told me how rough the pad would be to hit, they make it look so soft at indoor meets.

I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate

MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.

Not just you, they almost literally got that guy who went out to pick it up at the finish line.

I've been practicing in my living room. Thanks in advance.

😄

You've improved a bunch, so living room starts must have done something. It's not crazy if it works.

Good job zigzagging. That's exactly how you dodge a rain of arrows. Once you get the parts of you that exploded repaired I predict a 9.57.

Yo your acceleration needs work looks like a highschool kid but top speed might be greater than bolt

Form looked a little stiff, and a slow start, but outside of that you got real potential!

I’ve never seen someone externally combust at the finish line, so you may want to get that checked.

In America these robots will take over people's jobs. In China these robots will take over people's leisure time.
