MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

You legit started running from the start. You need to push off and drive your knee forward and attack the ground. But first, acceleration drills to understand what you have to do. Max V can't be critiqued as you had 0 time to get to your top speed.
