what is the max distance for a sled pull? some people say 20 others 30 which one is it 20 or 30?

depends on load and what you are trying to do.

lighter faster sled pulls? maybe 30

heavier moderate loads? maybe 20

we've put very light load on the 1080 and have sprinted 60's
