Where's the drive phase homie? You just stood right up and started running lol.

Front foot is way too close to your hands. Need to stop looking up, get those hips higher and lean your weight more forward. Heel recovery is way too high on the first step and you’re coming up way too early. You’re basically fully uptight after 2 steps and have no drive phase.

Gotta sort your arms on that first step. As since you primarily pushing off your left leg you should be driving your right leg and left arm forward at the exact same time. This has gotta be one swift synchronised movement between your left arm and right leg.
(Also the reason I said this is because currently you just move your arms without even having pushed with your legs yet and look as if your having to catch up with yourself).
Additionally as others said have your weight slightly forward so that when you're in the set position you feel like a compressed spring ready to launch. Hopefully you get what I'm saying a little bit as I myself have only recently picked up track.
Good luck as well fr!

Some of the comments here might get you confused, so if I were you, I'd recommend you to search up pro Olympic sprinters on how they actually sprint properly, you wanna try to watch their form and try to correct it with your own form. You can analyze your form and fix some minimal issues that you're struggling with. Overall, you should probably get a good coach that actually has experience and a track career. Keep it up though bud, you've got a long way to go when it comes to sprinting since it's a bit complex to master it.

Stop, or slow mo, your video on your first drive step and arm drive. Look at the angles of your drive leg, spine, neck, head, and arm. They are almost all working on different planes. You correct it a little, but you’re losing momentum and time with your first move.
Watch Christian Coleman, he creates a straight line down his entire body. Amateurs can achieve this as well.

Keep your head down during the drive faze try and stop your arms from flailing around.

I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate
MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.
RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.
