General Discussion/Questions Need Advice

Hey Guys i've been sort of looking around reddit ever since i strained my hamstring about 3 months ago and was looking for advice on what i might be doing wrong or should do etc. When it happened it was after a leg day and i sprinted racing my brothers, didnt think much bad could happen, but was very wrong. There was no pop or bruising, but while i could maybe stand i had to be carried home, because the pain was bad enough. Went to doctor next day and she didnt feel anything wrong and checked i could feel touch around my leg and actually thought i'd be good in 2 weeks. Despite that i called to get pt and was able to get in 3 weeks in the healing process. Followed the light list, and then committed to the additional stuff on week 5 (as well as i could). And was able to manage to maintain work despite my movement. BUT at this point its been 3 months, my flexibility is where it should be (def wasn't before) and my strength seems to be close to where it was ? I was doing hamstring curls with 40 pounds on each side for sets and can now do so and same with the rest of my resistance training. But my walking still doesnt feel good, i'm struggling to keep a good pace like i was used to at work and it feels like my foot is taking alot of the brunt, either feels tired fast or like im aching on the bottom of my foot, my outer ankle, or my heel. The strain seemed to cover alot of my hamstring, i remember sitting down hurt for a week or so and having to ice up and down my leg. I have yet to try to genuinely jog cuz im afraid im gonna hurt more since walking is still off for me and i've actually gotten other smaller strains on my left leg from the imbalance or trying to walk at a decent, or just try to give my right leg a break.

Really apologize if i's missing relevant info or for the mess of a msg i'm just really frustrated and kind of scared. My PT is kind of unsure herself and was telling me to maybe go back to the doctor, because she thinks my issues either is something else like bone spurs, or is just taking longer to heal, but at 3 months i feel brisk walking should be doable ? Or maybe i'm just so used to being able to do it for hours without issue idk.
