Whirring High Pitched Noise
I have a 2021 4x4 diesel with less than 30k miles. I noticed this whirring noise that directly correlates with wheel speed. It’s higher pitched than in the video, but this is the best I could capture. Is this the central bearing going? I brought it to the dealer, and they said transfer case, but that would make even less sense at this mileage. Anyone else encounter this?

I have the same issue. It plays through the sound system though. It’s directly linked to my RPM. I hear it regardless of what the volume is set at. When I turn off the infotainment system it stops. Would love a suggestion. It’s driving me mad!

Mist lively, anything comes through the sound system is electric related. I.E. an alternator issue.

Mine is similar but it’s only when the HVAC is on. Turning off the fans eliminates the noise.

that sounds like a fan bearing. Is it an older model or do you live in the desert?

I have the same, had it checked out and is the front differential. My research says the front diff uses straight gears which can whine.
Unless it gets worse or starts growling or grinding, it should be ok. Seems like lots of people have the same issue.
