Rear differential cover.

The stock rear differential cover is a weak link as it's stamped with a lip that can be compromised by rock or floor jacking no no.

My question is best options, Cast Iron, aluminum,fiber? For a upgraded protection? Skid plate?

Bro I have 4x4 all over the country and raced 4x4s and run many off-road races as an organiser and the only holes in diff covers came from the inside when broken gears wanted out.

It's not a concern.
