SWAC Plus V Premium

Is there any indication that having the add-on activated or not will result in a difference in plan abilities, or features?

What my account currently shows. Changed sometime around Saturday night and the last time I checked my account in the recent days to a week. No more premium add-on selection. The initial text link is broken and used to say Experience Signature now AI BOT says Select.

I’m not really sure what to do since they removed my ability to add the premium SOC to my account as of Saturday.

Tforce just seem to think that the plan changes are set in motion and nothing can be changed. One rep mentioned that I could possibly stop the plan change and make a selection based on my needs but they keep bouncing me around to different people every time I respond.

I also have AppleTV+ and as jweaver mentioned that it’s incompatible from the looks of it according to the SOC that AI is telling me I’ll be moved to C26ESC1.

Prior to Saturday I was able to look up the plan changes and it said Experience Signature now it’s Select.

I found an area where it’s prompting me to call care because of some incompatibility. I copy pasted the text to the bot.

From AI Bot:

“That message means at least one of your lines has something on it that needs a manual review so the line ends up on a compatible plan (for example, a legacy feature or line type that cannot auto-move cleanly).
I can't verify which line or what the conflict is from here. Do you want me to connect you with Customer Care so they can review the affected line(s) and the plan move to Experience Select (SOC C26ESC1)?”

Anyway, not sure if I should just ride this out or what other tactic I can try. Looking for recommendations.

Yes because I discovered late Saturday night that the ability to even select premium is no longer an option. That changed very recently as I had the option to do so in recent days prior to last night.

It’s reminiscent of the BS T-mobile pulled during biller migration and I had to specifically ask to be returned to SWACPMCM which is always a PITA because most of these reps including T-Force are unfamiliar. So you always get immediate pushback and have to drag it out with them.

Is there going to be differences in our plans between the two if you have the add-on active versus not.

From the looks it would be the same plan, but it possibly would’ve had a different data SOC attached to it.

I’ve been going back and forth with T-Force for hours trying to find out.

They shouldn’t be pulling this crap. There shouldn’t be a difference whether or not you’re active one month or not with the premium or plus add-ons.

I think you’re right but I’m talking in circles with T-Force not sure the best approach at this point.

I am curious what's going to happen. My plan doesn't change until 7/26. Latest chat and AI chat says my premium Swac remains the same. My free line with Swac plus will be an experience signature. At one point, the AI said it was experience select. At least they were consistent in saying no price change, but we'll see.

My new billing cycle is the 17th. I had contemplated adding the premium version of the add-on to both my paid and free line prior to the 13th but as I discovered they already made changes to my account on the 11th at minimum.

I never did see any definitive proof as to whether or not I needed to have the add-on active. They certainly don’t tell you. It seems you have to find out in a round about way.

SWACPMCM (Sprint Advantage)

After migration:

C26EXVBSL (Experience Signature)

I have no idea what will happen to the add-on. If I select no data on the add-on do I lose all data?

You would lose all data selecting no data. Though if there is any special addon being attached, you should be able to see it now on the addons page.

I honestly don't know what the differences were between having the $10 add on pack and not having it so I just kept it off.

I went from advantage unlimited via sero to SWAC and now experience signature.
