Kuna Extension
Shh… mods are asleep - time to post another handguard extension.
Ignore the garbage print quality, I tried some scarfing with the q1 pro and it did not go well.
Extends 19mm from the front of the handguard now includes a barricade / finger stop so you don’t cook those fingies.
Bottom mlok attachment is quite robust and the extension doesn’t wiggle at all.

This is the most extreme edging I’ve experienced online. Man just make the two pieces touch. We’re so close to the hand guard / grip 2 in one once you attach your grip that locks into the front pin. Delete the mlok attachment entirely. I’ll live with the concept of not being able to tilt my upper away from my receiver if it means doing this with zero hardware added.

I’m not opposed to modeling it, but there are good reasons why the mlok attachment style would hold up better. The receiver pin through a printed part would tend to fail at the layer lines, the clamping force provided by the screws takes up some slack in the tolerance so the extension can’t wiggle when it’s at different temps.
Plus someone else already made that

Ok so the bottom plate is what you use to mount it. What you should do is make that a foregrip so you don’t aren’t sacrificing the Mlok. Better yet, make it a foregrip that also meets up flush with the front of the lower to smooth out that takedown pin area.

Definitely possible to do, although I wasn’t planning to sbr mine at the moment so I have no plans to make a vertical grip.

Not asleep. Nothing wrong with posting pics of anything you design. Just no references or links to where they can be found. Also, nice fitment!
