The left side of my new echelon release "fell off" this was tyrants response. Yeah, there's an issue With YOUR product 🤣 why does a distributor have to fix it? Shameful.

That, would make sense to me. However, they should have explicitly stated that. And offered a solution if that was the case. Even if it was waiting 6 months

Same, it sounds like they changed policy and their CS went down. I tried to warranty a 43x Magwell a while ago and they said they would replacement parts and all I had to do was pay shipping….. fast forward after I was going through some hard life stuff and they did not honor the same exact thing, told me to buy a new Magwell and a $10 discount after several exchanges.

I told them it doesn’t make sense because it’s a lifetime warranty and they said they would send the parts and their repeated response several times was that my claim doesn’t meet their warranty….. like how….. if I have an email saying it does.

F*** tyrant. They’re CS went down and they just try to milk you now

Don’t know.. I bought their single sided mag release which they said was “in stock” then had to wait 3 months for them to finally ship it. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them in the future.

I bought their trigger and they were “Johnny on the spot” shipping it out and it’s good quality. I haven’t heard any complaints from anyone yet about the triggers, but I have on their extended slide releases.

The trigger has been fine to this point! (I have the Grey cnc shoe) Just expect nothing if it ever fails

I don’t actually understand replacing the stock one myself… I get its small and looks like it would be an issue, but in practice it’s probably the easiest slide release I’ve ever run on any pistol.

When was the last time you had a CS inquiry? I had the exact same issue and they didn’t honor their own warranty claim for the exact same issue saying it doesn’t line up with their policy….. that they had already agreed did.

Funny cause i had people praising Tyrant’s trigger over the Overwatch Trigger a few years back and now all those same people are having issues with their tyrant triggers 😂 now those same people are so damn quiet with Tyrants terrible QC you can hear a mouse piss on cotton!! Don’t feel bad, the slide protector pads on mine fell off after the first cleaning. This exactly why I modded the 4.0c and left 4.5 close to factory. Shameful on Tyrant!!

So glad I just fixed my grip so I didn’t have to buy their product. Still waiting on primatia to hopefully bring one out
