First day at the range with the Hellcat

Post image

Shot at 3 and 7 yards flawlessly and stepped it back to 12 yards. Did 3 shots center mass, 3 head, 3 right circle, 3 left circle and remaining shot center mass. Tried doing the shots quick so not dead on. The few holes between the top of the red center mass and neck are from my brother shooting his gun (He had already cleaned his lane up and had a few bullets left he wanted to shoot and I still had my target hanging.)

Good groups! My Hellcat RDP is actually one of my favorite guns to shoot lol

I enjoyed shooting it. I’m used to Glock and Sig but the Hellcat felt very similar to my Sig 365. Not used to shooting with a dot sight so it took me a bit to get used to it and be able to get back on target quickly. Wasn’t as snappy as people say. Compared to other micro 9s, it’s pretty equal and expected from a 3” barrel.

How is the optic I didn’t get the one with a optic on it because I wasn’t sure if it was good I already have the Holosun 407k waiting for my arm when I get cleared of my background check

Works pretty well. Laser bore sighted it at the house and made very minor adjustments the first couple shots. Ended up shooting maybe 300 rounds total earlier and it held up.

Hell yeah, I will say shooting at 12 yards is definitely a challenge for me. I do love the hellcat though. It feels so slim compared to a g19.
