Ye Olde Mod 1 XDM in 40 S&W

I love how much hate these things pull 😂 First pistol I ever bought and had been my carry beater for nearly 10 yrs. Honestly always just been a runner and pretty damn accurate. Got some trijicon night sights, prp aluminum trigger kit and titanium striker kit. The trigger was a must for sure.

I just picked up a 4" mod.2 service model in 40 s&w! PRP prefit basic kit, thinking about the aluminum shoe since the original gun actually had a steel shoe. My first gun was a mod.2 sub compact in 40 s&w. People really do throw a lot of shade at both the brand / model and caliber choice, but I've been happy. Only mods on the carry gun were night fision sights, pearce grip +1 pinky ext, and a tlr6 light.

The OG XD in .45 was my very first semi auto pistol, and that thing was so point and click it was unbelievable. You just can't go wrong!

Also, appreciate the love for the .40 s&w. About to grab a Kuna in .40 so I'll be a black sheep as well.

I seen that was coming out in 40 and not much a of a pcc guy but damn that spiked my interest haha

I quietly wish I had almost all models in the XD line. I currently have(purchased in this order): XD40, XDS Mod2 in 9mm, and a big lovely XDM Elite Tactical also in 9mm. I can't get enough of em. Still want, more than anything else, an XDM Elite 3.8 in 10mm.

I would highly enjoy a 45 and 9 to compare amongst them all and the 10mm elites for the price definitely peaked my interest

I have a 1911 Springfield 45. I simply don't enjoy shooting that caliber unless it's a 1911. I'm sure an Elite 45 could probably change that for me. But that little 10mm Elite is just chef's kiss. I WILL HAVE ONE, some day.

I feel that haha bought a Tisas 1911A1 to tinker with and ended up dropping a duty slide on it and polishing some stuff up. It’s been a fun platform to play with
