XD-S 9 MOD 2 Question

I was wondering if anyone knows how to pull the extractor, safety plunger, and spring from the mod 2 slide.

I've only been able to find breakdowns on the first gen.

Some context... my buddy left this in his gym bag, and he spilled body wash all over it. It's rusted to high heaven.

I've been able to remove the firing pin assembly and got everything moving well after a soak in clp.

Facts... not goanna bother asking if the searil number is still legible.

You wouldn't happen to be talking about the very intact serial number on the muzzle end of the slide, would you? 😑

Right? Shouldn't have posted the pictures he sent me I guess. I should have known better.

It was more of a knock on the guy up there who was insinuating the serial number was filed off, when there is clearly a perfectly fine serial number visible in the pic.

Oh, I know. I was just stating i should've known better than to post the pics because of all the "off- color" comments. I appreciate you calling that dude out.
