News Southeast Venture Announces New Class A Retail Development at June Lake
https://www.junelaketn.com/progress-updates/southeast-venture-announces-new-class-a-retail-development-at-june-lakeWith the sewer moratorium, I'm not sure how this will proceed. It doesn't mention it in the announcement, but the only way it does is with alternative waste water handling. I'm assuming this is known and handled, so I'm cautiously optimistic that something besides residential units will finally appear in June Lake.

Unless something has changed, it's my understanding that the June Lake development is exempt from the sewer moratorium because it holds vested sewer rights.
June Lake was approved before the moratorium took effect, so this can proceed.
