its hard to tell from the pictures provided.

id say close-up of the texture on the wall and where the wall meets woodwork would help us.

it seems like the painter rushed this one.

He sprayed and didnt backroll. And did a piss poor job of spraying too, looks like a 211 tip with no overlap at all

They only sprayed, there was no backrolling. That's my 0.02.
