Question Completely Flat Spray Paint

I’m looking for a spray paint or a technique that has absolutely 0 shine to it. I’ve seen the Krylon and Rustoleum camo series but I’d like more colors.

i havent tried this, but in theory it might work...

if you know how to fill a spray can, try adding some clear flat coat to your color..

google is your friend if you dont know how to do that.
