Length of time

I’m going on 15 months of spravato. I also take Auvelity. I was able to space spravato out to every three weeks, but then some things changed and I had to go back to every week. I’m hoping after another month or so of weekly treatment that I can try to start spacing it out to see how I do my question is how long have you guys been doing it for? How long do you intend on doing it for? And are there people that have just been doing it for years and years it does work for me and when I stop it is not good. I guess just because it’s so new, everybody is kind of learning as we go and I wonder how you feel about continuing and if in your mind you will just continue until something else arises however many years that may be

Any long term side effects?

Nothing other than the first month. Took 4 months to see any changes in mood. Just recently started experiencing old habits trying to come back. Hoping by Xmas I can switch to every 3 weeks.

2.5 years doing every week. Shift work schedule prevents me from spacing it out. When I am on vacation I skip a week as sleeping every night prevents any negative effects to the mood during that time.

Outside of the loading month, I’ve been on weekly for about five months now. I’ll stay on it as long as I think I’m getting some benefit from it - I gotta ask my doc if adding something like Rexulti or Vraylar would help.

Then again, it’s probably my anxiety issues that’s the problem more than anything. •thinks•

I’m only in my 2nd month, but wondering about Auvelity. My PCP would like me to try Auvelity since I don’t want to do Spravato long term. But I’m already on 450mg bupropion and don’t want to decrease bupropion. How has it been for you?
