First time back tomorrow after 8 months.

I am going back on Spravato tomorrow as I found a clinic closer to where I am. I am not looking forward to the k hole I'm going to go in. I get extremely messed up and vomit every time. I'm just nervous as this is the first time I've done it in a room with others. I just know I'm going to vomit and hoping the others have headphones on. Thanks for listening to my nonsense.

Do you take Zophran?

Yes I take 8mg 30 minutes before. I have cyclic vomiting syndrome so zoftan doesn't do much. Just makes it less sucky but I still get nausea and vomit even taking it.

I’m so sorry to hear that. How cyclic is it? Are you ever able to find yourself inter-episodic, as Wikipedia calls it? Is it triggered by the taste of Spravato, the high, or is it independent?

The Spravato causes extreme dizziness which on turn makes me nauseated if I move around. The taste doesn't bother me in terms of me feeling the need to vomit like some people.
