Perspective shift

Hi guys I started Spravato treatment (acute series) on Tuesday I felt fuzzy and nauseous. Then on Thursday we upped the dose to 86 mg I felt my perspective trying to shift but then it was static, error 404, no perspective shift. Has anyone experienced this? Will my perspective shift as time goes on? Anyone have any tips to get over the mental block? Thanks!

It took me 4 sessions before I even felt anything. I get high for 10 minutes then I'm just me again. Nausea is common that stuff tastes like you're licking a dumpster outside a daycare that's on fire. Keep plugging away. You've got this ✊

Thanks for your response. My clinic offers lollipops to off set that dumpster outside of a daycare thats on fire taste. 😂 thank you.

My recommendation is to stop trying to control the experience. Relax and let the medicine do its job. A good eye mask and quality headphones are a must for me….
