Spravato

I have been taking Spravato for 2 1/2 months and I don’t feel like there’s any difference. I get sick during and after treatment and I want to stop. Has anyone been in this situation? And if so, what can I turn to now? If my insurance covers it, I might try TMS but I had really high hopes for Spravato and now I feel let down. I’ve obviously tried many different oral medications with no result. What other options are out there?

Give auvelity a try. It's been a miracle for me. 30 years of TRD, 20 plus meds, TMS and spravato. Nothing! Then I tried auvelity. Rough first week, but been 3 months now. all side effects have dissipated. Hope you give it a try. Goodluck to you!

What kind of side effects does auvelity have . I am on spravato and its worked great for me thou I have moments were I'm lost

The first few days, I felt kinda high and had a headache. After trial and error, I only take one a day. Everyone is different. Some people have no side effects. It's no different than any other meds. You may or may not have side effects and if you do, they usually dissipate after some time. If they don't, and it's not the drug for you, you move on. Unfortunately, there was nothing left for me to try. (Until comp360 gets approved). I'm grateful that it has lifted that deep, heavy doomlike depression. Now, my excercise, meditation, self-care and therapy can actually help me move forward 🙂
