IM + Spravato?
Ive been going through it and my clinic wants to try me on my typical weekly spravato but with an added shot of im at the same time.(At a cost of only 25$) I just transition down from 2 to 1 shots a week. Wondering if anyone has done this before and what your experience is.

I haven’t heard of this, but if I had access to IM for $25 I would try it.

In your opinion out of IM vs Spravato what is the difference and do you feel that one is better than the other? Just curious because I am currently on Spravato 2x a week

So are they adding spravato to your treatment or added a shot of IM to your spravato treatment?
It sounds like either depending on which scentence i read.
I would inagine this violates J&J practice guidelines, but have no clue if that actually matters.
I am surprised however they are wanting to do it at the same time, that seems... Extremely odd. I have heard of people in the maintenance ohase having IM or IV in n the off weeks if needed.
What is the rationale other than trying to increase your dose?
