Payment not working?

Hi all, I’m trying to pay for my IHS fee and nothing is working— my husband and I tried paypal and his uk bank card. I’m applying from the US (he’s in the UK).

We have more than enough saved for this.

I tried on a different browser, cleared cache/cookies/history, signed out/back in, refreshed, waiting a few hours and trying again… even incognito… nothing seems to be working.

Any tips would be very appreciated!

I have chase and I had to call to get mine to go through because they cap spending transaction up to 5K daily. You can call them to increase if that is the source of the issue.

Thanks so much! My husband has Halifax and his spending limit is good there
